What does the position entail?
EuroWheelz is looking for a driven administrative financial assistant who will independently carry out financial work and also support various administrative projects, checks and reports! As administrative assistant you will also support the financial director with the financial activities for our companies abroad. Within this position, the intention is that you grow into financial manager. Your main tasks consist of:
- Processing incoming invoices and payments in the accounting system;
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Preparing financial reports and analyzing financial data;
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements as well as budgeting and forecasting;
- Assisting and advising management regarding automation.
- Supporting administrative processes including filing.
Do you possess the following characteristics?
- A completed education in a financial/administrative field;
- Experience with financial software (Exact, Basecone), Excel and PowerBI is a plus. If you know how to familiarize yourself with new programs in no time, that is sufficient;
- Interest in automation;
- Proficiency in English, German or French is a plus.
- You are proactive and enthusiastic;
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
What you can count on:
A good salary between € 2,750 and € 3,250, depending on education and experience. You can also count on flexibility in working hours (by mutual agreement). Both a part-time and full-time contract are negotiable (24-40 hours). We offer a one-year contract with a view to permanent employment.
